Last Fall I was having some problems with my air conditioner, and I was certain that I needed to have my unit replaced. Total Air was the company I called for a quote. Total Air could easily have sold me a brand new unit; but instead told me I could have my unit repaired, and the unit would easily take care of me for another year or two. I was tight for money, so this was really good news for me. I am grateful that the company was honest with me. Now I have the time to save for a new unit. I since asked the company to come out and summarize my unit. Both of the times that I dealt with Total Air, I found them to be courteous and prompt and honest. The next time I need service for cooling, or heating, I will be calling Total Air.
I have been a customer of Total Air, Inc., since its inception. Right from the beginning I found Total Air to be responsive and of more importance, honest. I live in a two-story house; and the house is cooled by two five-ton air conditioners (one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs). Right from the beginning I had trouble with the upstairs bedrooms staying cool. Two of the rooms were always hot, and one was always cool. The company that installed the units was called upon several different occasions to look into the situation. Each and every time the company representative(s) told me there was nothing wrong with the units and there was nothing they could do. I called Total Air and after an evaluation, Total Air came up with a solution to my situation; and to this very day I have equalization cooling in my home. Total Air is always responsive to my cooling and heating needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Total Air to my friends and co-workers. The friends and co-workers who have called upon Total Air for their heating and/or cooling issues have told me that they will use no other company other than Total Air.
I am a new customer to Total Air, Inc. and I would like to share my experience. I needed a new air conditioning system, and after getting a few bids I decided upon Total Air. I chose Total Air for several reasons, but mostly because my interactions with the owner left me with the feeling of genuineness and honesty. The owner took the time to fully explain what type of system would be installed for the best energy consumption for the square footage of my home, and he took all the time I needed to answer all of the many questions that I had about the system. The owner projected his own personal model of dignity enhanced with a sense of humor. The owner was delightful, friendly, caring, and cordial and always acted professionally and in a manner which exudes friendliness and helpfulness: qualities seldom found in combination with the other two. I watched the Total Air crew almost every step of the way throughout the installation process, and I observed professionalism, dedication, and hard work of each and every representative of Total Air. The crew worked tirelessly, in excessive heat, to complete the job in a timely manner. I do not hesitate to refer Total Air to anyone in need of air conditioning and/or heating service.

In a short time, a technician was at our house and explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. We felt like the technician was honest about the work required and their pricing was reasonable. Since that time, we called Total Air when our home unit wasn’t working properly. Again, we had a similar experience: very responsive, knowledgeable technician who quickly repaired the unit (worth noting that we’ve had zero issues with either unit since). If you’re looking for an honest, reliable company, I cannot recommend them enough! We’ve recommended Total Air to several friends and all have been pleased. We are customers for life.

I have used Total Air on several occasions for multiple properties that I manage. They have also done work for me personally at my own home. Total Air does one thing better than everybody else, they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it! That is huge in this valley and even more so in this field! Their prices are extremely reasonable and their customer service is the best I’ve seen yet.
